bitcoin app

I was wondering if you know any Bitcoin apps or sites that are issuing prepaid cards too. i have some trouble finding such an app or site cause most of them are not shipping cards to my country,. if u know of any Bitcoin providers who ship cards worldwide let me know in the comments below. thanks
