20% Fees, No Contract and Complete Anonymity?

No contract, does this mean there are no rules either ? Wouldn't u let camgirls or camboys with bad intentions be able to do whatever they want ? I'm just thinking about children/animals/incest stuff for example. If they can be anonymous, don't expect them to not do stuff like that :-(
