Account managers - would you rather work with guys or gals?

We have this discussion in the office on whether it's easier for a model to work with an account manager who's male or female. I'd think working with girls is easier, but some of our guys here are saying they have great understanding with the models they work with and that in fact it's easier for their models to deal with them because of the opposite sex.
Sorry if I'm missing guys in this thread. Same question to them - would you rather talk to a guy or girl while setting up your account and asking questions?

I am really new to camming but I have been in the adult business (aside from some hiatus) for over 25 years as a real time professional dominatrix and as a PSO. I have worked with and for men and women. Some were great, others not so much.
As long as people I do business with are honest, polite and competent I'm good with them whatever their gender might be.
