Adultwork pics,videos and Webcam?

Hello all, who works for Adultwork? that site is still confusing like hell for me..I got verified but when i upload pics it keeps rejecting even if i use the old uploader and followed the required pic size..still the same and i dont see if it got accepted or rejected..actually nothing is happening..im worried to upload it again because it clearly says "do not upload the same pics again if you had upload it then delete it "I havent tried uploading videos yet but i'll let you know..And especially how do i see the camming option there? Where is the button that says for broadcasting cam? I cant see it..How to know if we are in private show with someone and how it ends? Hope you guys can help me... im getting frustrated i want to really try that site..Thanks in advance!
