Advice needed

So there is this guy who asked for the show on Skype and I was still doing the show he then went offline before the show has ended.He came back and then told me that his internet went off so he would like me to continue with the show...after few mins then I tried to reach out to him twice but he was nowhere to be found and then came back another day saying he is sorry and asking for the show.How would you handle this kind of situation?

I am assuming you charged him a flat rate for X Amount of minutes. My boundaries are already set and there is a paragraph that I would advise him to go re read in regards to my bulk rate show. I'll give you a snippet summary,
If you cut the session short for any reason, and I list examples, I will not reschedule for the remaining time, you must purchase another bulk rate show.

What are your boundaries and rules for these shows and does he know them?

If the answer is I dont know and no, give him his time owed, he could be spiteful and report you otherwise.
