I just had my mirena inserted on Nov 4th and got my period nov29th and have been bleeding since, I went to the docs and said it was normal for the first insertion to bleed for weeks or months. Just wondering if anyone one of you girls who have the mirena have the same issues. I have the mirena to control my heavy periods, i havent been able to cam now since this bleeding....so how long have u had the bleeding if u did ? and do u still get a period?
