Any software idea which could help you doing your daily job?

What kind of software would you use daily if you already had it? Automation like: media upload to various cam sites from a directory of your computer, recording your stream and upload it to a tube site, etc. looking forward for your most wanted features

I work a lot of sites and would love a phone or computer app (not info kept on a server somewhere, an actual downloadable software that is kept on my equipment) where I can just click to add up the money I make (as in every transaction as it comes in and where it comes from) then have a graph at the end of the week to see what brought in the most money.

I have money coming in from 4 clip sites, 7 cam sites, 1 phone and 1 texting site so I need an easy way to keep track. I've tried several apps but none of them have all of the features I need.

I'd definitely buy an app or software like that.
