I tried searching for topics on this but didn't have any luck.. I'm sussing out a site (http://whosonline.tv) and it seems to be a listing of cam models but the link to the terms and conditions is broken and I'm struggling to get a handle on what it does.
Is it a promotional tool who's purpose is just to advertise cam models working on other sites? if so sweet, but what are they getting out of it?
I'm reluctant to sign up until I understand it a bit better so if anyone could shed some light on it it'd be much appreciated
