Anyone having a problem of using a webcam splitter on streamate?

I'm having a problem of using a webcam splitter on Streamate. I keep getting a device error message"Device could not be accessed,other applications may be using it" if I'm using any splitter so I'm wondering if anyone is experiencing the same problem or is it just me?

hi ! Go on Google Chrome - Settings -Privacy and Security-Site Settings-Permissions-Camera.Here at CAMERA select the splitter
