I'm indy as well as on a few token sites... I recognize the layout of the site you're referring to- it was a while ago that I had used the script but if my memory serves, it's slightly chatroulette-esque. I was able to embed their code to have a chatroom in my own website.

Seems to me like it's a white-label chat script you can embed in your own website upon registration. I never got a show from doing it, instead it literally turned into crazy in no time, I was getting spammed with all kinds of junk... I deleted my profile there because I figured out where it was coming from, there were literally pages and pages of shit about me on Google within days. --NONE of which was funneling to $$
