As I get older and ...

cut down on cam work (from 30-40 hrs a week to 10-20 hrs a week), I find I am having issues with stiff neck and aching shoulder and more recently back pain. I have changed my positioning and my location.
I fell down a few stairs in the middle of May and dislocated my collarbone. Brace has been removed. And that area is fine, surprisingly.
I used to be so proud of my flexibility and now not so much.
At one time I could put both legs behind my head now I am lucky to get them to my nose. (not bragging...lol).
I do the stretching and just started yoga and I do find a little difference but nothing to brag about.
I am considering massage therapy or seeing a chiropractor but not sure which one would be suffice. Maybe both?
Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

My boyfriend is a massage therapist and he definitely recommends deep tissue massage. He has worked with a lot of people who have had trouble with flexibility issues and have had injuries, mostly car accidents. It sounds like your muscles are compensating for other muscles, like your back is trying to help out your shoulders and neck. Physical therapy also help because they give you certain exercises to do. I know some people who do both and some people who just do massage therapy and a trainer. I hope this helps.
