Asking models to bring clients

Hi Guys - hope you are all well, I have a new cam site I am still building up and promoting and have had some really useful suggestions and feedback here.. i advertise ALOT, everywhere, there are millions of adverts i put out every week but i really struggle with conversions.. now I feel this is because I dont yet have enough models online, but of course models are not going to be online if theyre not earning.
As experienced cammers - what do you think of me offering say 70% (GBP rate) to models with a client following they can effectively bring over by posting etc?
My theory behind this is that the clients would be more refined in targeting and theyd be likely to also spend on other models too.. then once i can show models are earning more models will be online meaning I then convert more from my own traffic adverts?

Its not a bad idea, however if a model has a following they can livestream on their OF and take 80% so perhaps the offer could be a % for their customer signups wherever they spend the money. Streamate have the cammodels link so a model gets 30/35% if the customer spend regardless of who it's with plus their normal % if it's with them.
