Being away from the cam on Stripchat - account suspension

About a month ago my Stripchat account was suspended for 24 hrs because I went to toilet - I notified my customers about it and placed the sign will be back in 2 minutes in front of camera. When I ran back I got sign that I was away for too long and that my account is suspended for 24 hrs.
My knight was there and sent message to support that I didn't do nothing wrong and he got answered immediately about that the models are not allowed to use signs etc. Even though he told them that others are taking longer breaks and nothing happens.
I got message from the support in one week - / clearly customers are being attended immediately/saying that the signs are not allowed and that I need to stop the stream that I can't be away from the camera.
I like Stripchat but just can't stop wondering why am I being suspended and others are continuing using signs or just being away without any problem.
Just wondering how are you taking toilet breaks ? Are you stopping the stream and starting again after or you just hold it.

Who knows why they suspend some and not others - maybe they just didn't get caught yet. No way would I avoid drinking just to keep from having to go to the bathroom - dehydration is horrible for your skin and could give you a bladder infection as well as killing your energy.

I'm curious though, why don't you just hit the Stop button, go pee and then restart your stream? I like doing that anyway because I usually get a new group of viewers when I go back online.
