Best pay option for long term customer out of the country and keeping discreet identity?

I have a customer that wants long term Skype shows from Australia. I usually have used gift rocket in the past for monetary transactions but it is not available outside of the United States. Does anyone have any idea how he can send money regularly so that is isn’t traced for taxes and that he won’t receive any of my personal info such as name etc?

I’m guessing PayPal etc will eventually start flagging amounts after a couple months?

Has anyone tried money transfer via a Reloadable debit card? How has this worked?
