Best way to do skype shows and receive payment?

Ok so it seems that no one likes to do private, they all want to do SKYPE! Should I trust this? i know im not suppose to use paypal, but what payment site should I use??? And how do I know they arent going to pay and do some kind of chargeback or some crap?? I really need the money and i will do Skype but I have to make sure im going to get paid. Suggestions are welcome!!
