Birthday week / month

What do you do for birthday week / month? Any ideas? I always see girls advertising the date on mfc and Twitter and so on.

I go on line for a couple hours, some years I don't show up at all... but on LJ I have the Birthday Icon enabled so, they can see it for a whole week but never know exactly the date... if they ask me I just let them know when it is.
