Cam shorthand? Please decode things for me

I'm painfully new and have no idea what all the short hand is that comes through my room. I've been able to figure some things out but even when I know that definition - I don't know if my definition is the same as the customers.

For instance instance, I don't know what BBW stands for. When people ask about smoking fetishes what do they expect from you? So far I've just been telling the customers that I don't know what they are talking about and having them tell me what they want specifically but I'd like to be in the loop on the lingo. Ladies (and gents) please share what some of these things mean!!

Dictionary

BBW: Big Beautiful Woman
SSBBW: Super Sized Big Beautiful Woman
SPH: small penis humiliation
DP: double penetration
ATM: ass to mouth
PSE: PornSex
GFE: Girlfriend Experience

BBW means big beautiful woman.
SSBBW means supersized beautiful woman.
We can all imagine what SSBBW might be size wise, but BBW is harder to define. Some women consider themselves to be BBW but guys may tell them they're too small! Some consider anything other than stick thin to be BBW! Go figure. I imagine though on BBW websites the guys expect their women quite large, whereas on mainstream websites smaller BBWs could put themselves down as such.
