Cam4-The game?

hi everyone i hope you are well.
i been on Cam4 for about 1 month and a lot of customers are asking " game?" or "the game?" when i turn on the game center they dont play they keep repeating the game i ask what game.. they dont answer.. can anyone tell me what game they talking about?
