camming and stress

For me there were some relationship issues and loss of friends. It's also really difficult to talk about work with regular people as they don't understand the stress that can come along with it sometimes or just think you're complaints are crazy. I was wondering if anyone else had these issues... how do you manage stress that can come along. (Hopefully I've put this in the proper forum)
