Camming as a hobby (taxes, income, ect?)

I am considering starting camming as a hobby. I want to accept tips, and I wont be using this as a primary income of any kind. I'm younger than 24 but older than 18 and I'm still listed as dependent on my parents taxes.

If I earn small donations, do I need to report them to my parents in order for them to report the income to the IRS?

I'm scared to start camming for this reason.

Thanks

If you cam with any camsite based in the US they will report your income on a 1099 form so If you are trying to avoid telling your parents about this income maybe cam independently or go with a non US website.

If you're above 18, you can report your income yourself, am I right? As far as I know there's no need to bring your parents into it.
Where are you from? Laws about taxes differ in each country, so it's hard to say. I'd look into laws concerning taxes and such if I were you
