I have been camming for about two years, part time, as I have a full-time job. I need the insurance and the reg income is a plus and so needed. Unfortunately, my job comes with a "morals clause" which gives them the ability to fire me for a "morals issue".
I certainly know that camming is not illegal but they could take action vs me for camming. The people I work with seem to be sexual prudes though at work, we deal with sexual issues almost ev day. One time a discussion with my co-workers, all women, got around to anal sex; I just let fly: "that I love to get it and love to give it with a strap-on". They thought I am some kind of sexual deviant! Camming would be the end!
So, I try to avoid having too much on-line, I geo-block my home state as well as an adjacent state. I am trying to be totally indi, doing Skype shows, but I need the sites for customers.
When I started, I considered a mask but didn't go there, wigs, I can't stand and my hair is too long anyway.
I have done some porn shoots, which is almost safer IMO, as less exposure unless I become a "star" which I am not nor do I want to be!
Overall, with my limited cam time, I do OK but want to do better but don't have the guts to just cam full-time! My day job permits me not to be under pressure camming.
I really enjoy camming but fear of being found out and fired is a pressure.
I am so envious of the girls here that put so much out there and cam full-time. I guess being 30yrs old makes me think that camming will not be forever. (Yes there are some awesome older models out there but they seem to be the exception)
Yes, I am looking for another job, w/o a morals clause but it takes time.
My mom and sisters don't know I cam but it is a PIA to hide my work stuff and cam when they visit. A gf knew, told her bf, now an ex and he made my cam life hell until I geo blocked and banned he and his friends.
My bf so supports my cam work so that is not an issue @ present.
Overall a ton of pressure but I workout, run and box.
So, any ideas from you all, who may be in a similar situation??
