just before I was going to get on cam, I threw out my back. The pain was very intense and brought me to tears. But I was so worried about disappointing my friends and fans, so I tried to ignore the pain and got on cam. It was a rough and challenging experience to say the least. Trying to keep my cheery and happy disposition was difficult, when every other minute my back would go into spasms.
It's funny because I am always the one who gives advice on taking care of yourself first and here I was struggling just so others wouldn't be disappointed. Even though I made it on cam for 4 hours, I know now that the experience is not worth doing again and to take care of myself first so I can have a positive and pleasant environment when I'm on cam.
Has anyone else worked while they were injured?
