This is the last place i wanna see negativity and models attacking each other, but i find myself forced to make this post to open everyone's eyes. after being attacked and then blocked by a model that is so keen on supporting them that even when she's not being paid or replied to , doesn't wanna admit she was wrong.
The second i was sure they are scammers i saved all my convos because somehow i knew one day i'd need to post all this. I wish i didn't have..i wish after being here for so many years and helping everyone my word was enough, especially for someone i liked to call a friend. But anyway..there it is :
You all know how Camscapade owner David Parker came here way before the launch and tried to befriend us, claim they wanna build the site the way we want it blah blah blah.
I made the mistake of being one of the first to join, and i was there the day of the launch and all that. Dave seemed to be very receptive to all my suggestions, implementing what he could and adding the rest on the "to do" list. Well that "to do" list was left at that..a lot of important issues have never been addressed, such as sorting users in the room by tokens so we don't miss a user with tokens in the see of anons, the ability of anons to speak or watch more than X minutes a day. the goal that kept getting reset after every pause and many others. but this is not what i wanna talk about here.
1st payment period was really slow, only got tips from his account batman, another guy who joined and also the sign up bonus. that was all a bit over 200$. like a week before pay that (which at that time was supposed to be 1st and 15th) he said he will try to pay everyone early. that didn't happen and when i told him i needed to be paid by 15th he offered me western union as payment option claiming he can't make the accountant load the paxum account before end of 15th EST. i needed those money for rent so i accepted , and yes i did get my money, without being made to cover the WU fees. All good so far. was told we will never have to cover transfer fees when it's their fault they can't pay by the promised method. will post convo below. 1* and 5*
the following day i read here a post that camscapade has issues with their Paxum account and won't be able to pay us by Paxum this pay period but should be fixed soon. then dave tells me on skype that is because paxum doesn't let their accounts be funded by US bank accounts any longer and that will not be fixed, so i need to choose a different payment method. I ofc chose Payoneer, my 2nd option. Later i found out that it wasn't true what he told me, and while is in fact true that Paxum is no longer accepting new Paxum account from US businesses, they've been told by camscapade that they have a paxum account already which they can fund...but they just never did.. also early that week i suggested to dave that he does a test to see how long it takes to load funds to his paxum because i knew sometimes it takes over a week and i didn't want any surprises, to which he told me he's not so dumb as to promise a payment method without testing it 1st and he even has his personal account he can use, if there should be a problem. will also post this convo below. 2* 3* and 4*
Getting into the 2nd pay period, they also started offering hourly pay, so i made a bit from that, had a few pvts , so had over 120$. the very last day of the pay period this guy badtobone came to my room . now this guy has made an account early when they were offering 30 free tokens to everyone. he was 1st in my room as anon, then he joined, tipped me the 30 tokens..then bought more and tipped me again. i was shocked of how easy it was..most guys don't also buy more..so i asked dave if that was him..he denied. 6* well on the last day of the pay period he came back, and bought a lot of tokens, asked to see my heels, tipped for that, tipped to put them on, then took me pvt. he spent almost all he had..then left. few minutes later he came back with more...and he did that a bunch of times., he spent over 500$ in total. there was no limit on his card like all sites do when the guy is new..nothing. he could buy all he wanted. after i signed off he bought more and did the same in another model's room, like 700$ more. i won't give out her name but she's free to come here and confirm this.
Very excited about having made so much money in a day and having to get them tomorrow i contacted dave again asking if the guy was legit. he told me yes, and that he will "cash me out in the morning". 4*
Still very excited i couldn't sleep all day and night but i didn't got my money or any message from him. finally later that night i got a reply that because it's the weekend payments can't be processed. then i was told that actually they can't pay us before 5th because it's the 4th of july weekend and all that shit. that made me very mad but after talking to other camsite owners and learning that monday is a bank day and there should be no issues i demanded my payment. then an e-mail was sent out to everyone that they (i'm reading between the lines here) were stupid enough to not have their Payoneer account verified yet so they're not able to pay by Payoneer either, this pay period or probably ever, and that we should send them out info for paypal or western union if we wanna get paid. SO i did send them again my WU info , emphasizing the fact that i need to have my money converted to euro or ron before sending otherwise here they can't see the transfer in the WU system. It's just a thing we have in Romania now.
On monday, after not having slept for 3 days, much to my surprise i see other models are being paid...so i reach out to dave again asking wth is going on and when will i receive my payment. he claims he's in the city running from bank to bank trying to sort things out. waiting a few hours longer..still no payment. finally he replies saying he didn't promise he'll send me the payment, he only said he'll try. lol like trying is any help to me. then he said he doesn't have my money and needs to hop on a plane to go save his marriage. wth?? he has money for the plane but not to pay his models? i gave him an angry reply and then i haven't heard from camscapade in over 1 week.
during that time another e-mail came out saying the new payment dates are 7th and 22nd... ok ok but any change should not affect the current pay period...otherwise you can just postpone indefinetely. anyway...no payment came on the 7th nor the following days. ofc all this time i couldn't work or sleep properly..i just wanted MY money! on the 11th, after learning other models have already been paid by paypal, i finally received a reply by e-mail saying i'll be sent out payment by the end of the day. again i asked to have the money converted. very late that day , and only after a few more e-mail from me, i got an e-mail with the MTCN code and the sender's name (which was not dave). i asked what is the amount in euro or ron, and get told that from my amount, after the transfer fees there was xyw $. i'm like wth..i told you 100 times to convert them to euro or ron, and wth happened to never having to support the fees??? only reply i receive is that in any country the received gets the money in the local currency no matter the sending currency. so they didn't even care about my request.
OFC i had to wait till the next day when the banks open here, because it was after midnight when they sent. after like 2 weeks of not sleeping i left in the morning and had to visit several banks because they couldn't see the transfer just like i knew it will happen... finally i found a bank where the manager was able to pull some strings and give me my money but i also lost a lot in conversion fees. after all i lost over 120$ from my hard worked money because they couldn't follow a simple instruction and also they did not keep their promise of covering the fees because it's their own god damn fault for not paying by the fee less options we chose.
At this point i was just happy to have some of my money and didn't wanna think about them ever again. had to make my review though so other models know what they're getting themselves into if they choose to work for this site.
however, after sending another model a screenshot of a skype convo i had, that also included Dave's profile photo, we made a shocking discovery : Badtobone is DAVE!! she saw him in c2c . so he pretended to be a customer and spent fake tokens on us and he then denied it. i didn't wanna believe that was true...it's wasn't possible that the same nice guy i chatted with for hour on end and also would leave my room if i had to show my tits is capable of something like this. Confirmation came a few days later when another model, which i never talked to about this, asked me if badtobone ever came to my room because she finds it weird that the 1st time he told her it's Dave ,, then he forgot that he did and claimed to be a normal customer. I was so grossed out to finally have the confirmation...
i had quit working on camscapade on the 30st, but have been in touch with other models what kept working there, including the one badtobone spend over 700$ right after the show with me. He came to her room in a few other occasions before the 15th and spend some more. i did warn her she might not get her money because i had a feeling they are gonna scam everyone for their money in the end.. and so it happened. they were supposed to get paid on the 22nd..and 8 days later..nobody got their money or even a reply. that tells everything.
