Camsites charges and making money

Hello,
My girlfriend and I want to hold pre set time sessions where someone will pay X amount and have access to for X amount of time while we are on. Example they pay 100.00 to watch us do whatever for an hour show.
I have been looking at cam sites and they are very tight with info. I see mostly X amount per minute and they take so much money.
So my questions are...
1. Looking for a good site I can charge multiple people one sum to watch a live event that has a fair pay out split.
2. Can you have multiple people on skype watching where they can not see anyone else but my cam?
Any help would be great. I am getting so frustrated researching this.

SKYPE CAN HAVE GROUP SHOW. BUT I READ IN THERE TERMS IT'S LIMITED TO 4 HOURS A DAY.i might be wrong. dont quote me.
