Cant search account

i was about to start camming. when i cant log into my account ..
i thought its just a site outage ..
so i look on streamate if the issue occur.
but everyone is online and camming normally.
i tried to search my account and i cant find it. as if it doeant exist.
i tried to reset my password and the database cant find it.
i didnt recieve any emails about me getting closed.
and im very mindful of the rules. i dont think i do something bad .. can someone please help.
