Caption & Cartoon Software For Freechat

For a while now I been curious of what type of software do I need to make automatic words flash across my screen in freechat. Do any of you models have a idea of what type of software I would need to make that happen ? I mean these days in freechat can be brutal , lol. I seen a few models on Streamate do that in their freechat. I honestly think half the members dont even read room topics or profiles.

Also I seen about 2 camgirls on Streamate turn their freechat/webcam stream into a anime cartoon version of their self in freechat. Do any of you have a idea of how to do this also ?
