chaturbate help?

Hi guys, I am totally new to camming and last night I've made all over 500 tokens (which i think it's $50usd, i hope ) anyways someone told me they will pay you once after you make 500 tokens
so my little naive self clicked "convert to cash" then i noticed al my tokens were gone. does that mean i lost all my tokens or will i be receiving it as a check in the mail soon? i just emailed chaturbate's support team to see what they have to say

hello. 500 tokens is 25$ for us models, a token is worth 0.05$. anyway...chaturbate pays twice a month, and they only pay you the tokens you have converted to cash. so no..they didn't dissapear, but you can't use them as tokens anymore (to tip other models for instance).
minimum payment depends on the payment method, but the lowest is 50$ i think so you will not be paid now. you just need to earn some more and wait for the end of pay period. 1st to 15th and 16th to 30st/31st are the periods, if nothing changed since i was working there.
