Chaturbate Question - what do they use to decide room placement?

I know CB used to use the number of users in the room to put rooms on the top row and higher on the page but was wondering what they use now. I read it got changed but didn't read how. I have noticed some odd things with people tipping people they know so wondered if money factored into placement at all. Thanks if you know what it is.
