Hi guys and gals,

Do you have an email address to contact the customer reps directly? the [email protected] is quite slow - or perhaps a skype contact for one of them?

Having been through the ban and re-instate process several times, I can honestly say that through now more than a dozen incidents across 100 emails, they purposely keep it all shunted through that one obnoxious email address.

But honestly, they may be slow, but at least they provide support (it seems) around the clock seven days a week (when they get to your case of course). By comparison, pornhub support is something like 9 to 5 M-F which is a nightmare of frustration to me.
