This is something I'm always wondering about, when you're indie, If a client pays a x minutes show, and has technical problems/disconnects in the middle of the show, do you let him use the leftover minutes next time? do you refund? do you keep it? what's your policy? 
I tend to give him 24h to let me know what happened and reschedule, otherwise I'll just keep the money.
