client paying and disconnecting mid-show, what do you do?

This is something I'm always wondering about, when you're indie, If a client pays a x minutes show, and has technical problems/disconnects in the middle of the show, do you let him use the leftover minutes next time? do you refund? do you keep it? what's your policy? :)
I tend to give him 24h to let me know what happened and reschedule, otherwise I'll just keep the money.

This sounds reasonable.. i see many indies that notate that there are no rollovers- that they cant buy say a 50$ show and then eek out 10 5 minute shows from it. If it is a regular client you know well this situation is easier to work out. I think I would give him 48 hours and that it is a one time deal- it cant happen multiple times.
