Converting Mp3/Wav files to something that can be uploaded into video format

Okay maybe I am a complete idiot on this subject. I can not find anything useful and I have been looking. I am wanting to be able to upload my mp3 files to my stores. Most of which only allow pictures and videos. I can convert my files to another format with the software I have. At least I think I can. Does anyone know of what format is acceptable by Chaturbate, youkandy etc. If you have a better work around I am all for that too. Also does anyone know if charging for my videos off of indiepay or projectmaenad is allowed on chaturbate? Sometimes their rules really confuse me. OH and if anyone knows how to have someone send a tribute when I am offline that sends me a notification on chaturbate that would be very helpful as well.
