I am on Chaturbate and using the Cosmopayment option, it took a little longer than expected to get everything verified. But the card came pretty quickly and I've used it both to pay for things online and withdraw from the ATM, worked great, no issues at all. You do have to pay a fee tho when you get the card to activate it, think you can find the info about that on their website.
Many ppl find that annoying since they might not have any money on their Cosmo account to activate it with, but you can still transfer money from like mfc or CB to Cosmo before the card is active, and then you have money to pay for that fee.
Not many problems for me at all with them (so far).
