daily routines

I was wondering what your daily routines look like? I really struggle with structuring my day to get things done and I always feel like I don't get half of what I need to done. My biggest issue is I cam part time at least 3-4 hours a day, film 1-2 clips a day, edit upload, I also do social media fashion content so I create youtube videos, ig, tik tok and collaborations with brands. On top of that I am a single mom so I need time with my son and cooking/cleaning. On top of all of that I am disabled so i can do some of the above as my health issues and energy levels permit. I feel overwhelmed with everything I want to do and need to do vs what my body actually allows daily.

My ideal schedule would be:

9am wake up
coffee
10-1pm cam
1-3 film adult content/edit/upload
3-5 ig/tiktok/youtube collabs
5-7 dinner/ time with my son most of the time he is upstairs gaming with friends so i check in throughout the day with him unless we have plans to do things.
8-10 break movies/ shows/ more time with my son chill time
10-1am niteflirt/pickup living room/kitchen etc
2amish sleep

but this is alot on my plate and i don't get half of it done how i want to.
any tips on getting everything done on a daily basis
what does your routine look like would love to see how others manage their days efficiently to get things done.

My routine is pretty lifeless right now, as I am working hard. Let's see:

4:00 AM - wake up and curse my life, scrolling for 30 min on the phone to stay awake and not fall asleep (trying to train myself to jump out of bed, sometimes works, sometimes not).
4:30 AM- 5:30 AM- shower, leaving home, going to camming apartament, making coffee, put makeup on, outfits on.
5:30 AM- 12: 30 PM- First 6 hours of my shift
12:30 PM- 3:30 PM- Take off makeup, put on workout outfit, workout for 30 minutes, go back home, shower and eat, relax a little, 30 min before starting seconf shift i come back and repeat the morning routine.
(When I do not workout- like yesterday- i do come home and do some lazy 30 minute pedalling on my spinning bike, in front of the TV)
3:30 PM- 7:30 PM- Last 4 hours of my shift

At 8-8:30 PM I am already in bed, snoring.

Of course, I am not doing it around the clock, I have 15-45 minutes variations, but I can tell this is a pretty consistent schedule that I have for now.
I didn't come back yet to content making, so I guess I'll do what I did advise you to do.

Other than that, I reduced my meals to only 2 a day (I do intermittent fasting). Besides it helps me lose this damn weight I acumulated, I waste less time with cooking. My breakfast is usually a porrdige bowl, that i eat on cam here and there (At 10 ish AM)... and lunch is a big meal (at 2 PM) and that's it.
Also, meal prepping is an amazing tool: healthier food and saves tons of time during the week. I am a sucker for the meal prep reddit thread lol.
