DCMA and Illegal content

What do you guys do when you find illegal recordings of your shows? I know the DMCA doesn't always work, especially if the hosting site isn't U.S. based and if thats the case, then what? Do you keep fighting or just shrug it off?
I know going into this kind of business it's kind of expected to happen but it's still disheartening when it does. Just curious what everyone else thinks or does about it.

It is quite disheartening when they don't take them down. I know some girls see it as free advertising though for their cam shows. The best advice I've been given is to do DMCA take downs when you can but also try to keep some kind of promo (like your screen name or twitter) in your room somewhere that way if people like you and your work they can actually look you up and stuff. So although it is frustrating doing that may creative a tiny bit of a silver lining maybe.
