Difficult clients that tip well

So, I did a a 80 minute pvt show with a guy, who likes playing the whole I am his slave thing, but he doesnt really change between Okay, lets start the you are my slave and we are just two adults. I really dont mind because we were in private the whole time so thats okay. He gave me a $380 tip, then asked for 5 minutes on skype. I said I normally wouldnt, but would just this once.

Then, I was on skype the next morning (today) and he just called me. Then, he called again, I answered. He said he wanted me around in 2-3 hours to play. I said he needed to pay first that I would be there and he could pay so we could play.

My question is, does anyone have clients like this? Where its hard to define boundaries and you arent sure if being too tight is a good idea, of if you push them a little, maybe you will win?

But if you push them a little, will it just make them feel entitled and expect you to push them alot?

Grrr I have always the same problem. Good paying TRUE IDIOTS.
I had one who wanted the classic skype feminization thing and wanted blackmail from me.
He gave his FB details, name, etc. He paid 50-70-100 usd from session to session. But it took AGES to set up a show. In the session he just painted the nails and smoked meth (pffff). And the time gone. I had to reamin him from time to time that he HAS TO pay for a show. And he always said - I will give you blackmail details and you force me to pay. Bullshit. I always have to get the money before the show. Was a fight between us for my money but if it happened he paid well. Sometimes he stopped the call and tell me he paused the session. After the second time I told him: no pause! I am not a media player or smth.
It ended up with a 60 usd chargeback of last transaction. F*ck off.

Sorry: my question is the same here. What to do with difficult idiots who just pay well? I am always telling nicely that "first you pay and you wil have your time with me". No break in session. I start the call at xx:yy and end at zz:kk. Don't have better idea.
