I havent found answer on first question (didn't know you can ban countries there..) but if you wanna know your earning go to "my details" --> credits. You see your earnings on credits. If you want to see how much actual money you have made, click "transfer credits". Behind that link you find their payment options and sum in dollars and pounds. Choose payment method and fill form out and you should get paid.
