Does Epayservices no longer work?

I've been trying to get in contact with ePayServices for two days and they don't respond. Before, they used to respond the same day.
My cell phone had problem and I had to format it, now I can't access my account because I don't have authentication codes anymore.
Years ago I had the same problem and they fixed it, but now they don't even respond.
Does ePayServices no longer work?

I've just accessed my account without any problem, everything looks fine there. I haven't had the need to contact Customer Service.
