Does everyone know your a cam girl/boy?

So, there are lots of full time cam girls out there - Me being one of them! But of course, I don't tell my friends or family that this is what I do to get ALL of that money. So I'm curious how everyone else deals with these awkward "what do you do" questions.

I tell my friends I do graphic design online. I actually do anyway, but if you tell them you do anything online, just be aware there will be questions. Make sure you have a back story that you wanna use if you don't wanna tell anyone. Only my roommates know about me camming but as far as anyone else they just think I do odd internet jobs (lol)
