Does site Streamray(Cams) have chargeback protection?

I'm curious if this site Streamray offers chargeback protection? Any opinion from your experience for who which performs on Streamray is welcome.

Cams has a reputation for giving chargebacks that are unwarranted so just expect some in your first few months. From what I understand you are protected after that time though don't quote me on that. I never got any after 3 months.
