5.Account Termination
If you are no longer using your account, the account must be closed. Inactive accounts will be archived after a specific amount of time and cannot be recovered. Skycams performer accounts can be terminated based on performance level or quality. Performers should strive to maintain a reasonable performance level of time in paid chat vs time on line.
6.Payments
The amount paid to the performer will be 100% of the room offer agreed. Detailed methods of payments will be required. Most facilities are accepted. All payments will be made at the end of 14 day payment period. ( Periods start at the date of first show, after which the payments can be made every 7 days ). Records of earnings will not be published, but will be available at any time on site.
7.Hours of business
Due to restrictions made upon the site due to gigabytes used, we reserve the right to close this site without notice and reopen at our discretion. Skycams is not responsible for any loss you incur due to site closure while in a show.

Copying or altering this agreement will mean instant termination of the account and monies owed withheld.
