Every cam girl is different tbh. Some prefer to be on their feet, some prefer a chair, some prefer working in a bed.
My only suggestion would be to make sure its comfortable, whatever furniture you do decide to get. I use a sofa bed and open it into a bed when I need to but i always end up camming from the floor hahaha
