Extremely disappointed in Extralunchmoney

So I'm feeling pretty upset and used right now and I'm half venting, half warning here...

For some background, I've been with ExtraLunchMoney for 3+ years. I was one of the first models to sign up on their site and use it regularly. I made a fair bit of money there, which of course means I made them a fair bit of money as well.

Recently, ExtraLunchMoney decided to cut Payoneer as one of their payment options (never a good sign...). They insist that they sent out 'multiple emails' stating this, but I never got one. In all fairness, I may have also unsubscribed from their mailing list since they were sending me multiple messages a week, but I feel as though this should have been something that was sent separately. When I mentioned this, I was replied to with a snarky "well then you should've read the blog"

....yeah. 'Cause with a full time job AND camming I have time to sit around and read the blogs... Aaanyway.

I had quite a few tributes on ELM, from texting, video sales and just random tributes from regulars, totalling about $140 USD...which in my currency translates to nearly $200. I was really looking forward to getting this, and after a few weeks of not having it show up in my Payoneer account, I emailed them.

They've now refused to pay me out completely. Since they no longer support Payoneer and only offer checks to US addresses, I have no way of receiving funds from them. I asked for a one-time check to be sent to my Canadian address, or a private load on my Payoneer, (again, a one-time option as I was now planning on closing the account) and they flat out refused. I closed down my account there to prevent anyone else tributing me money that I now won't see a cent of...and they've told me they are seizing my funds 'since I deleted my account'.

I asked a few of the regulars that had tributed me to email support to get their funds back. No luck so far. So essentially, because ELM has arbitrarily decided to remove a payout option WITHOUT emptying model's accounts first, I and my clients have lost a fair amount of cash. I'm so disappointed as I've worked for them for so long and always found them to be fair. The way I've been treated and this ridiculous new policy, though, has made me reconsider my opinion of them.

Ladies and gents, please beware. This is yet further proof that as cam models NONE of our income is guaranteed.

Thanks for reading.
