Fake twitter accounts following my twitter. What do I do?

Hey everybody!

I need some advice on some strange twitter accounts that began following me recently.

So I'm new to promoting my cam+content work externally. I'm used to working at strip clubs so I'm used to just promoting my work to my customers via word of mouth and direct text message to my customers from work. I've just recently started leveraging my twitter and social medias to bring attention to my online work.
However, I have noticed something strange. Three accounts that look like girls added me, and they all have large numbers after their usernames.

"Sweet!" I thought at first "new cam followers!"

But when I examined their profiles to do a re-follow I noticed something VERY strange. Instead of a normal picture flow, I saw pictures of all different girls with some really weird, unnatural, really funny to read out captions. I'll share some, just to give you the idea :

"Remember, boy, merging bodies quickly will never hurt!"
"Who wants to see my pussy Like and retweets. I will send to DM"
"I have a tempting offer for you - let's visit the planet Orgasm!"

Now, these combined with pictures of many different girls (that aren't retweets!) leads me to believe that these accounts might be stealing other people's pictures and putting these captions on them. Am I crazy or is that a valid way of seeing it?

Also, should I block these accounts and move on?

These are bot accounts. You will notice the links on the profile lead to what are called 'affiliate marketing' links. Anyone who clicks through and joins a site results in owner earning a little money. It soon adds up. There are some big players who have hundreds even thousands of these 'burn accounts'. As fast as they are banned they are replaced.

Block them as you dont want them cluttering up your true follwers and they will make your feed look botted up and trash. Each block / report goes towards a speedier removal also. Thus helping twitter.
