curious as to how you respond to people (people who reteeet and promote camgirls) who ask you to make fan signs for them... Is there a protocol to this? I know on cam it's acceptable to charge tips/tokens or make them earn it but for these guys on twitter who ask..how's that go? Never knew because I was only just recently asked and lacked a response (my logical self just said "nope" buuuut... Promotion..)
