Financial Domination .. How?

Ok so I have this fantastic client and he loves being teased and blackmailed and I am pretty sure he is into Financial Domination ... of course, I had to figure all this out, he has no idea what he likes (or at least he is acting like it). He constantly talks about how much he loves how I have him "wrapped around my finger" . My question is.... What is the best way to introduce Financial Domination to a Client who seems to be into it? I am new to this Domination thing, I am usually submissive, but I would love to be able to give this guy what he wants and maybe get a few more like himSmiley ANy tips or comments are most appreciated.
