You have to contact first choice customer service or there is an option to set it up when you log into your account.
Not all countries have this option available, it use to be available for Canada but they stopped providing it so now my only option with firstchoicepay or even payoneer is to have the money sit on the card.
It comes in handy sometimes, but I try and keep a low balance on the card. just enough to cover fees and withdrawls.
about $50 or less.
