1. create a nice fun username, this will be a standard name you can use on any cam sites or creator site. The username will end up being your own personal brand and how followers will get to know a little about you.
2. Signup for some of the popular sites like Chaturbate, Camsoda, stripchat / xhamster live just to name a few. This way it gives you a chance to try out different sites to see which ones make you happy.
3. Make sure to complete your profile so followers will have something to read more than just watching a broadcast.
4. Geo blocking is helpful if privacy is an issue.
5. Have a good computer with webcam, preferably a laptop. A mobile phone for broadcasting in areas where a computer is not ideal.
6. Think about where you plan to mostly stream live from. Because once you go live in your home, your giving viewers a little look into your life.
7. Be patient because you won’t get many followers or people chatting at first. This takes time depending on how much time you spend at it.
This is just a quick high level list. Finally ask yourself why you want to be a webcam model. Because once you go live for the first time or post images and other content to your profile there is certain things that can’t be undone that easy. This is not to say don’t do it. Instead embrace whatever makes you feel happy.
