I just had an abortion 2 days ago, and the gynecologist told me I can't have sex or put tampons for 2 weeks, which means using a dildo is strongly not recommended, but I would like to start broadcasting again as soon as possible!

Wait at least the 2 weeks if is possible more, your uterus can be infected if you put something inside the vagina like tampons. You can do shows without penetration, I never had an abortion but I had a UTI and at the moment almost don't do penetration, I do domination, fetish, BJ HJ, etc. You can do phone sex, many options there.
