Gold shows on streamate

Ok i asked support and cant get a straight answer can someone help me? Im wondering what exactly do i have to do to be able to do gold shows? how many pvt, how much do i have to make, how much time to i have to be on etc? i run my chat in party chat mode with HD and sound on and i have a 5 star rating so i dont know what else i should be working on. They look like so much fun i really would love to do one. any advise would be appreciated. Thanks Kisses

As far as I remember you just had to be running the encoder in HD and have 5 stars. I have noticed that SM drags their feet with turning on gold shows. When I was logging on there I was through a studio and I contacted the woman who signed me and she got my Gold shows turned on.
