This might be going into the wrong spot but I wanted to talk about it a bit. I may make a video of it as well. I learned a long time ago that resolutions do not work you have to have a plan. If you want to make progress you must figure out what you want and how to get there. Now things will go wrong but with a plan you can get back on track. I take the last month of the year to plan out my new year for everything including my adult stuff. Start with what do you want to accomplish. A good place to start is one a week. One free vlog, one solo, one fetish, etc. I do this for picture sets and videos. I also look at the sites I was on for the past year. How much money did they actually make me compared to the hours put in. If a site made me less than $2K then it is automatically OUT! I have noticed a lot of sites promise the moon and deliver little to nothing. Do not be afraid to replace a site. I am replacing several. Also do not over work yourself. I can only carry about 4 sites and really accomplish anything on them. I am working two cam sites this year, two phone sites this year, two clip sites, and one model site. Then I am only working three social media sites and ONE blog. I am making sure that I plan all my content so I only work it ONCE! Space it out on all your sites and take the time to really plan stuff out. The time you put in now makes your year so much nicer. Invest into some pretty planners and a nice notebook. Something you want to open and work out of. This goes for every aspect of your life. A little planning will take you a long ways.
